How to pay?
1.Whether sample order or bulk order,we would like to recommend T/T payment(telegraphic transfer or wire/swift transfer;We usually collect 30% of total amount as deposit,and balance to be paid before shipment.

How to ship your goods?
1.In general,small order will be shipped by air.There are many international couriers for your option,such as TNT,DHL,FedEX,UPS and China EMS.If you already have had an account with TNT,DHL,UPS or other couriers,you can advise us in advance and we can send the goods under your account.
2.Re bulk goods,ocean shipment is a better choice because of lower costs.But it will spend more days than by air.Therefore the shipping terms are subject to client's demand.In case of any documentation required by the forwarder,KINGLLED is willing to assist him to make it as much as possible.
How long will it take to delivery?
Delivery time of samples order is 3-5 working days after we receive a deposit.
And lead time of bulk order is 7-14 working days after receiving a down payment.

About how to choose power supplies;
When you choose power supply for the led strip, you'd better add 20%+ tolerance.
For example, the power consumption of the led tape is 36 watt, you'd better choose a 36*(1+20%)=43.2W power supply, which can make the led strip have best performance.
How to solve the problems in the production process?
1.Before reflow check location.
2.Patch when avoid short circuit.
3.First appearance inspection after reflow, ensure lamps have no short circuit phenomenon after the electricity measuring review, review of attention when LED light with no abnormal bright or dark is abnormal phenomenon.
4.When printing paste as far as possible not to let even tin phenomenon between the pads, avoid because of short circuiting printed due to poor.
How to solve design problems?
Loop as far as possible so that the wiring is wide enough, spacing between lines are 0.5mm enough, the rest of the space is full. Copper foil thickness as far as possible without violating customer demands total thickness of circuit board case thickened, general thickness around 2ounces.
